My mom recently passed and Amy has taken such good care of her for 3 years and treated her like family. Also the hospice nurse, Paige, was wonderful with my mom. The chaplain Emily and the social worker Renee played games and counseled my mom. Dr. Fenstermaker met with us and called my brother and I whenever we had questions. You won’t get any better care than at Heritage.

I highly recommend Heritage Home Health Care in Pocatello Idaho. They have been very helpful in assisting me with my continuing recovery from spine surgery. They will take the time to remind, assist and explain the necessary steps for a safe recovery and are always available to assist patients with their recovery.

Heritage home health and hospice had seriously been life saving for me as a caregiver. They also helped my father over the last two years with his battle with Parkinson's disease. Renee and all the people of Heritage have made my fathers final days on this earth, really easy and pleasant. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own anymore, I highly recommend their care.

Heritage went above and beyond for my mom after both her knee replacement surgeries. It wasn't like she was just another patient. I can not say enough for heritage! We had Emily as our nurse and she was SO personable. She would give us hugs when we needed one, treated my mom with respect and not as a number. She was willing to help with whatever and was knowledgeable about all our questions.
Mom was so frail after leaving the hospital, heritage picked her up and brought her home. It made the hospice experience, even though it sucks that mom needed hospice, it made the process so much easier to handle. Thank you so much!!!

My mom passed away recently and Heritage Hospice was with us to help us through her passage. In addition to providing nursing care, equipment and medications, they gave us comfort, hugs, and information about what to expect. My younger brother had end stage liver failure. We contacted Heritage Health Hospice and got an immediate response. The nurse and social worker formed a plan for care and had it implemented. They discussed our goals and initiated a pain control plan. My brother was finally able to rest comfortably. The staff communicated well with my brother and our family. We are grateful for the caring service thy provided.

Heritage Home Health was in charge of my wife’s care after she broke her hip in October 2024. The care was exceptional with Brendon, Jordon, Bree Jess and Abi handling her assessments, O.T, P.T, and nursing visits. Her deteriorating health landed her on Hospice where the exceptional care continued with Renee, Britney, Dr Warnock, Lane and Hailee administering care for her until her passing at the end of September. Following her passing Kathy walked us through the steps and alternatives available for the handling of notifications and estate issues which needed to be taken care of.
The people at Heritage are attentive caring compassionate and professional in all aspects of the care they administer. We are greatful for their efforts and would recommend them without hesitation.

It is amazing how much these guys truly become like family in such a short amount of time. My mom was sent home on hospice and during the admission phase, I had brought up having a living room impromtu wedding to my long time fiancé due to the circumstances. What little girl doesn't want her mom to be there for a huge moment in her life.. and I am not joking when I say that these girls not only were all for the idea of the first "hospice wedding".. they helped me plan, provided a cake, flowers (bouquet, flower crowns, and flowers for everyone involved to pin to their clothing), a stand in Chaplin, AND food for us on our special day. My mom was an ordained minister and had the words written out for when we were to be wed. Unfortunately God had a different plan. With their help, we were able to pull it off in less than a week, and my mom was able to be a part of sealing our long time bond. I will NEVER forget the kindness and care they gave us during one of the hardest, yet most meaningful time in our lives. I will forever be grateful. Heritage Home Health and Hospice went above and beyond, and have continued to do so by helping with the after life care. I feel like they came into my life when I did not want them there, and we gained some friendships I will cherish forever. A special thanks to Mandi, Annie, Patti, Chasity, and Emiliy for being there for our family for some of our most rawest and difficult moments. We appreciate the love and the support you gave us in the two short weeks my mom was on hospice, and everything thereafter. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Not only was my mom very well taken care of, her family was too.

We had a wonderful experience with the hospice staff. Our nurse was around whenever we needed her. The emergency staff was available to help with falls. They explained everything to us so we felt prepared.

Heritage Hospice and their After Care Program were wonderful to work with and did a terrific job of taking care of our Mother during her time of passing. WALLACE BAKER MD and EMILY STEPHENS RN are phenomenal hospice experts! They both work at the Idaho Falls branch of Heritage Home Health & Hospice. WALLACE and EMILY are incredibly smart, kind, caring, great listeners, super compassionate, and just wonderful human beings! They both came to see me at my hotel room in Idaho Falls and were unbelievably generous with their time, spending over 1-1/2 hours with me as I deal with the end stage of ALS. I felt so much better emotionally while they were there and even after they left! WALLACE and EMILY bring so much positive energy and love that you don’t want them to leave. They are simply THE BEST! 💚💚💚💚

We've had the opportunity to use Heritage Home Health & Hospice twice now with our dad and recently our mother. To say they are one of the best is an understatement! Both of our parents were treated with the utmost respect and dignity for someone in their situation. Everything you need or want can be supplied and is usually there in a couple of hours. They are literally available 24/7, 365 days a year. No question or concern is to small for them to be bothered with and they do everything with a smile and concern for the WHOLE family. We can't praise them enough for the love, care and kindness they showed us all in our time of grief. They treat your family and you just like they would their own. We couldn't have done it without them and their support. They are all top notch in our eyes and we will never go anywhere but there for our loved ones needs.

The aftercare program really helped me to navigate all the parts and pieces that needed to be taken care of when my Mom passed away. They even helped me to think of things I need to have in place for myself. The Hertiage Hospice Social worker (Mandy Siems) was so amazing at showing her support and making sure needs were met. Since mid-July 2023, I have associated with eight employees from the Heritage Home Health office of the Pocatello, Idaho area. I met six of them while recovering from ankle surgery at my home. Look no further! Heritage Home Health & Hospice are the Teams you need for both Home Health and Palliative care. The staff has cared for both my Father when he needed hospice and when my wife needed both Home Health and Hospice as well. Every person on both Teams truly cares about their patients. Besides their qualifications, skillset, and knowledge, they have excellent people skills and are kind and compassionate. My wife had some very serious health challenges which required all kinds of different therapy sessions and eventually hospice care. Heritage helped us every step of the way. I can't thank them enough.

The entire Heritage Home Health & Hospice of Twin Falls team is amazing. I live 500 miles away and appreciated the updates from the team on each visit. I was always confident that she was getting great care. When I met with the different members, they were always professional and so very kind. Heritage cared for my grandmother, and my family only has the best things to say about this company. The medical providers, nurses, CNAs, social workers, and aftercare staff went above and beyond for us. They are professional, friendly, empathetic, and kind. They treated my grandmother with incredible kindness, like caring for their own family members. I would absolutely recommend Heritage to anyone seeking hospice care for themselves or their loved ones.

My wife was diagnosed with 4th stage breast cancer in April 2017. she fought a fight like no other. on December 14th, 2021 she succumbed to this terrible disease. In The last 4 or 5 days of her life, we was introduced to Heritage Home Health and Hospice. For the few days that Hospice was apart of our lives we came to love and appreciate all who was there for us. They cared for her as if they were their own family. Words cannot express the gratitude that i have for these wonderful individuals that became a part of our lives. Thank you very much for ALL you did for my wife and our family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but the help my wife received, From Heritage Home Health and Hospice, helped her to be at Pease her last few days of her life.

My husband's grandma has been using the company for around 4 months now, so when my father in law was diagnosed with terminal cancer and out on comfort care, there wasn't a single bit of hesitation who we would be calling for his care. Everyone has made this process as easy as possible for us from admission to dealing with postmortem arrangements to afterlife care. They have always been just a phone call away if we need anything. And I know when our grandma passes, they will make that as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone needing hospice/home health.

I am writing on behalf of myself, my mother Robin Jensen, all our family members and especially my belated father, Dale Jensen.
When my father entered into Heritage home health care last spring and then progressed into the hospice care, he was literally flabbergasted that complete strangers could genuinely care about him like family and he grew to genuinely care and love those who came to help. His main 2 nurses he always referred to as his girls and would literally light up when they arrived. My father had a rather difficult time accepting that his time here on earth was ending but with the help and love of this team, we know his passing was gentler on him due to the love of these people. Words really cant be found that truly express the gratitude we hold for this agency. Their dedication went above and beyond. We highly recommend them and give a 5 star rating.

Heritage Hospice was wonderful and very caring and thoughtful and explained things to me. They helped me take care of my sister and make her comfortable. They helped me make decisions. I would highly recommend them. Lynell was there with me all through the last hours with my sister. Michael was wonderful to come and sing to her. Tammy Moore text me and called me and kept in contact all hours of the day and made me feel like I mattered and that she cared about me. They all made me feel like they cared about my sister. Following Mom's positive test result for Covid-19 I was given Kim's name. She helped me get set up with Heritage Home Health & Hospice. Mom was in an assisted care facility suffering from Alzheimer's. My work hours are 9 am to 9 pm 4 days a week but these caring people worked around that schedule to assist me. Social Worker Brandy met with me to get the necessary papers filled out. Nurse Chrissy took my phone calls and text message outside of 9-5 hours to speak with me. Mom received extra care in her final days from Chrissy and the Doctor who went to the home. I was not alone when Mom passed as Chrissy was there to offer what care and guidance she could. The mortuary was called by this service saving me from that ordeal. Then the after care that Kathy offered saved me from trying to stumble through Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Postal Service, and so many other agencies. I wish I had contacted this agency long before I did. I learned this care is not just for end of life, if you need help or wonder if you qualify for help call Heritage. They really made the last of Mom's life easier for me.
